Michael J O’Neill individually or through O’Neill’s investments operates owns and manages multiple companies in which aids to his network of investments, investors, and expanding partners in residential real estate and construction. Michael first established a presence in the Pittsburgh market as an entrepreneur in early 2001 as a local General contractor. Along the way, Michael has worked in parallel with some of the largest production builders in the industry nationwide from installations, project management, senior project management,  and portfolio management positions. Moving further up into the industry Michael has acquired / networked contacts and partners in multi-million dollar real-estate portfolios in which his teams provide services in multiple facets and investments together from actual property investment deals, capital partnerships, and market expansions nationwide. Celebrating 20 years of entrepreneurship in the industry, O’Neills Investments projects to expand to 5 markets in 5 states and capital raising goals of 10M by 2023  for current and future investments opportunities, targets, strategies, and growth.
